The Customer shall ensure there are power and water supply available when work is provided
Any requests for us to take note of during cleaning shall be highlighted at the time of booking.
No external contractors or workers are to be present during time of cleaning. Kindly make arrangement for our cleaning service only after all works are completed. The Company reserves the rights to cancel and any deposit will not be refunded.
We will not provide dismantling of any item(s) to avoid any breakage/damages.
We do not guarantee a 100% removal of sturbborn spots, spills, stains, or any other blemishes from any of your property's floors, furniture and walls.
We do not provide cleaning of fragile, delicate fixtures (e.g. crystal chandelier lights, decorative items, glasses etc.) as we will not be responsible or liable for any damages of any kind incurred.
The Company will not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (ie. Marble, granite, wood) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Due to Health and Safety regulations, our cleaning staff will not move any heavy or bulky items/furnitures.
Due to Health and Safety regulations, our cleaning staff will clean up to maximum height of 2.5m.
Cleaning staff have the choice to leave upon arrival if the site is found to be in extreme condition, or there are circumstances causing them to feel unsafe / threatened. Under such circumstances, the Company may refuse service on the spot and you may be charged the total service fee.
The Customer shall ensure that all valuables are stored away when work is provided. The Company will not be responsible for any losses.
All fragile, breakable and/or high value (whether sentimental or monetary) items must be secured or removed before each service is provided by the Company, and the Company takes no responsibility for any damage caused to such items.
In case of confirmed damage caused by cleaners, the Company will attempt to repair the item at its cost. If the item can’t be repaired, we will rectify the problem by crediting the Customer with the item’s present actual cash value toward a like replacement from a Company’s source upon payment of cleaning service rendered, up to a maximum compensation amount of SGD 50.
The Customer agrees to inspect the work immediately upon the cleaning is done and to draw the cleaning staff’s attention to any outstanding issues while they are still on site.
No pets are allowed during the course of our work.
We reserve the right to terminate the services at any point of time, should we deem that our job has been compromised.
A non-refundable of $50 is required to confirm the appointment. The cleaning appointment will be schedule accordingly only upon successful payment of deposit. The remaining balance is to be made either via Cash or PayNow upon completion of cleaning.
Deposit will be forefeited at any point of time should you wish to terminate the service. A rescheduling fee of the initial deposit will be imposed for less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled date. No fees will be imposed should you wish to reschedule with advance notice of at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Any rescheduling is subjected to availability.
The total service fee shall be chargeable (for administrative, travel costs, etc) in the event that the Customer does not provide unencumbered access to the Premises for our cleaning staff to provide the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lock-out cases by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at Customer’s premises.
The Company reserve the rights to re-quote on the spot in cases of inaccurate description and any undisclosed condition. Customer has the rights to exclude cleaning of the affected areas or cancel the entire service. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited should you choose to cancel the entire service.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the terms and conditions of the promotions/services without prior notice.
Customer are assumed to read, acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions before engaging our services.
